How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination location that your order will be shipped to and the total number of items in your order. You will be able to see your shipping costs after you enter your postal code at checkout. Please note, our Domestic shipping costs cover shipping, handling, and insurance. If your package is lost by the post office, we will replace it.

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the USA for orders over $30.

*All International shipping costs only cover shipping and handling fees. Import duty and taxes along with other charges may apply and these charges will be the buyer's responsibilities. Please check with the relevant authority in your respective country to find out what these costs will be prior to purchasing.

I received the wrong item (size/style/color). What do I do?
If the wrong item (size/style/color) was delivered by mistake from us, we will take full responsibility and replace the item for you. If you would like to request for a full refund instead, we can offer you a full refund minus shipping costs that have already been paid for.

I ordered the wrong item(s) by mistake. What do I do?
Unfortunately, we will not be responsible if you ordered the wrong item(s) by mistake. In the event that this occurs and you are still within our allowable exchange period, you have the option to either send the item(s) back to us in its original condition to exchange it or place a brand new order.

What is The Travel Bottle made out of?
Our Travel Bottles are made out of glass. Please handle with care as each Travel Bottle is fragile.


Is it safe to put The Travel Bottle into a microwave oven?
Yes, The Travel Bottle is microwave oven safe.


Is it safe to put The Travel Bottle into the refrigerator?
Yes, The Travel Bottle is refrigerator safe.


Is it safe to put The Travel Bottle into the freezer?
Yes, The Travel Bottle is safe to put in the freezer by itself. However, please be cautious when placing liquid inside and placing it in the freezer. Water and most types of liquid will expand when frozen and this could cause the glass to crack if there is no room for the liquid to expand. Warm/Hot water should never be placed in The Travel Bottle and into the freezer. This will cause the glass to break due to the sudden change in temperature.


Is it safe to put The Travel Bottle in the dishwasher?
Yes, The Travel Bottle is dishwasher safe.

I opened and used an item, but I changed my mind. Can I return it or exchange it?
Unfortunately, due to sanitary reasons, we cannot take back any items that have been opened and used.

I broke/damaged an item, but it is still within the 30-day return/exchange period. Can I return it back or exchange it for a new one?
Every Travel Bottle is made out of fragile glass, please handle with care. Unfortunately, we cannot take any items back that you have broken/damaged even if it is within our 30-day return/exchange period.

My item(s) came damaged. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email orders@thetravelbottle.com. Please write DAMAGED SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. You MUST inform us at orders@thetravelbottle.com of any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order in order to request for a replacement.

My item(s) came defective. What do I do?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives defective, please email orders@thetravelbottle.com. Please write DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the defect, if possible. You MUST inform us at orders@thetravelbottle.com of any defective items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order in order to request for a replacement.

My order was lost, what do I do?
Please be aware, there are times when packages can be lost during transit. This can be a normal occurrence. In the event of a lost package please contact us immediately orders@thetravelbottle.com and we will try to track the package and address the specific issue. If we find that your package was lost in transit by the post office, we will replace your order and ship out a new package to you. For international orders, we ask that you please wait 2 weeks from ordering before assuming the item is lost. 


I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address information provided when placing an order. Please check your shipping address and make sure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your orders.

If you would like for us to resend you the order, you will have to place a new order and repay for shipping.

*In the event that you have made an error, please e-mail us at orders@thetravelbottle.com. Please write INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION in the subject line and please provide the correct shipping address in the e-mail. We will do our best to assist you in any way we can. However, please understand that if the order has already been shipped that we will no longer be able to request for the shipping information to be updated with the correct address. Please know that we will attempt to do everything within our power to assist with every situation if possible.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated shipping times will vary depending on the items that you order and where you are shipping your order to. For Domestic orders, most of our items will usually arrive within 4-7 business days. For International orders, estimated shipping times can take anywhere from 7-21 business daysdepending on the shipping speed you choose at checkout and the destination location that your order will be shipped to. Please review the shipping information listed in the product description or view our Shipping Information page.

Once your item has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information. Please note, The Travel Bottle does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.

Where is my order?
Please view our Shipping Information page for expected delivery times. Also, if you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please let us know at orders@thetravelbottle.com. For international orders, your package may be held at your local post office if additional country taxes, customs/import fees, and/or duty charges are required. 


Are customs, VAT, or duty fees included in the order?
Please be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by governmental authorities in the country where the package is shipped to and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. Your package may be held at your local post office if additional import fees are required. If you choose not to pay these fees and do not pick up your package, The Travel Bottle is not able to refund your shipping costs.


Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service at this time. 


You ship to my country but my order won’t go through.
Sometimes a postal code isn’t recognized by a country that we ship to. If this seems to be the problem, contact us at orders@thetravelbottle.com for assistance.
