Our Return Policy

Domestic Returns/Exchanges for Retail Items:

If anything you purchase from The Travel Bottle is unsatisfactory or damaged/defective you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns after more than 30 days post-purchase. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for gift cards.

Request for a Return
If your item qualifies for a refund, please e-mail us at orders@thetravelbottle.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved and upon receipt of the returned item(s), a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping your Return/Exchange
Please ship your item(s) back to 3921 East La Palma Ave. Unit I, Anaheim CA 92807.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an order over $50, we highly recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@thetravelbottle.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and send your item to
3921 East La Palma Ave. Unit I, Anaheim CA 92807.

If you purchased one of our clothing items and would like to exchange it for a different size, we do allow a one-time courtesy exchange for a different size of the same item as long as the item has not been used. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@thetravelbottle.com.

Damaged/Defective Goods (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please e-mail orders@thetravelbottle.comPlease write DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE SHIPMENT in the subject line and include a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform orders@thetravelbottle.com of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Wrong item received (size/style/color)
If the wrong item (size/style/color) was delivered by mistake from us, we will take full responsibility and replace the item for you. If you would like to request for a full refund instead, we can offer you a full refund.

Wrong item was ordered by mistake
Unfortunately, we will not be responsible if you ordered the wrong item(s) by mistake. In the event that this occurs and you are still within our allowable exchange period, youhave the option to eithersend the item(s) back to us in its original condition to exchange it or place a brand new order.

Order delivered to the wrong address
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address information provided when placing an order. Please check your shipping address and make sure to enter the correct shipping address when placing your orders.

In the event that you have made an error, please e-mail us at orders@thetravelbottle.com. Please write INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION in the subject line and please provide the correct shipping address in the e-mail. We will do our best to assist you in any way we can. However, please understand that if the order has already been shipped that we will no longer be able to request for the shipping information to be updated with the correct address. Please know that we will attempt to do everything within our power to assist with every situation if possible.

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was purchased and marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item(s), a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser and they will be notified about the return item.


International Returns/Exchanges for Retail Items
